Consignment Tracking

Locating a consignment, reading carrier statuses, and escalating when the trail stops.

01 // Locating the number

Issued by email at label scan, separate from the order confirmation. Check spam before concluding it was not sent. Account holders also find it against the order under My Account.

02 // Initial blackout

A number returning no data is not a lost consignment. Carriers report only after a physical scan into the network, which can trail label creation by 24–48 hours. Allow two working days.

03 // Status definitions

Label created Packed here. Not yet collected.
In transit Moving between depots. Gaps are normal on long routes.
Out for delivery Loaded on a vehicle today.
Attempted No recipient available. Carrier leaves re-attempt instructions.
Delivered Scanned as handed over or left at the address.

04 // Marked delivered, not received

  1. Search the full perimeter — porch, side access, planters, lobby, mail room.
  2. Check with neighbours and others at the address.
  3. Allow until end of the next working day. Early delivery scans occur.
  4. Unresolved: email [email protected] with the order number. We file a carrier trace.

05 // Stalled consignment

Seven working days without a scan classifies the consignment as lost. We do not require you to pursue the carrier — notify us and we replace or refund.

06 // Address change in transit

Not available from our side; the address is fixed at label creation. Most carriers permit the recipient to redirect via their own portal using the tracking number — that route is worth attempting.

07 // Escalation

[email protected] with order number, or +1 312-265-1205. Response within 1 business day.
