An order is an offer to purchase. The contract forms on issue of our confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order on grounds of stock, payment, address validation or suspected resale; a declined order is refunded in full with no liability on either side.

Prices are USD and may change without notice, but never after an order is placed. Stock figures represent our best current record; where a line sells out between order and picking, that line is cancelled and refunded with notice.

Manifest pricing errors — misplaced decimals — are not binding. We contact you to honour the correct price or cancel and refund.

Items are described by measured dimensions and stated materials. Screen colour reproduction varies. Manufacturer sizing is passed through as supplied; verify it against your own animal before ordering, particularly harnesses, collars, crates and barriers.

Goods sold here are pet equipment, not veterinary or medical devices. Nothing offered treats, diagnoses or prevents disease, and no content on this site constitutes veterinary advice. Observe manufacturer weight and size limits, and supervise first use of any chew, feeder or restraint.

Credentials are your responsibility and activity under your login is attributed to you. Supply an accurate delivery address and contact number; a delivery completed to an address you supplied incorrectly is not recoverable. Accounts used for fraud or abuse of staff are closed.

Site copy, structure and original photography are owned by or licensed to us. Manufacturer marks and product imagery remain the property of those manufacturers. Reproduction of our pages on another storefront is not permitted.

Our obligation is to deliver the goods ordered in the condition described. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and for damage arising from use contrary to manufacturer instruction. Nothing here restricts rights granted to you by US consumer law.

Governed by the laws of the State of Illinois; disputes fall to the courts of the United States. Severability applies — an unenforceable clause does not void the remainder.

These terms are revised as operations change. The version published at the moment of order governs that order.
