- Where is my order?Tracking goes out by email at dispatch. The first carrier scan can take 24–48 hours to show.
- Wrong address at checkout?Email your order number straight away. If it has not shipped, we will fix it.
- Arrived damaged?Photos of the item and the box within 24 hours of delivery, and we replace or refund it.
- International shipping?Not yet. United States only.
- Local pickup?Not offered. Every consignment ships by carrier.
