Order Cancellation
Cancellation is free while the order sits in the pick queue. Once a label prints, the order has left our control and becomes a return.

Before label print
Order voided, full amount released, no fee and no reason required. The practical deadline is 2:00 PM CST on the working day the order was placed. Weekend orders can normally be pulled until Monday afternoon.
After label print
The parcel is committed to the carrier and cannot be recalled. Two routes:
- Refuse at the door. Carrier returns it; we refund the goods on receipt, less outbound freight.
- Accept and return. Standard returns process, 30 days from the date of delivery from delivery.
How to raise it
Email [email protected] with the order number and cancel in the subject, or phone +1 312-265-1205 in opening hours.
There is deliberately no cancel button. A human confirms the order has actually been pulled from the queue before we tell you it is stopped — an automated button cannot guarantee that.
Amendments
Adding, removing, resizing or correcting an address runs on the same deadline as cancellation. Where an amendment crosses the $25 line in either direction, freight is recalculated and the difference charged or refunded.
Cancellation by us
Grounds:
- Stock discrepancy found at picking
- Payment declined or held by the processor
- Address fails carrier validation
- Order profile indicates resale rather than end use
Full refund and an email in every case. We never part-ship an order without notifying you first.
No recurring orders
We do not operate subscriptions, auto-replenishment or standing orders, so nothing exists to cancel beyond the individual order. Out-of-stock lines are withdrawn from sale rather than back-ordered against a held payment.
Quick test: no tracking email means no label, which means cancellation is still free.
